At Oakstone, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Minor color or design variations

• Products damaged due to misuse
